Members may submit their maintenance requests online.

If you use Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express for your e-mail, click here to submit your information using this convenient message template.

If you use a free e-mail service such as Hotmail or Yahoo Mail, send a message to CharlesDarrowcoop@rogers.com and be sure to include:

  • name
  • date
  • phone number(s)
  • unit address (number and street name)
  • description of the work you want done
  • whether the repair person may enter your unit in the event you are not home
  • the best time to reach you by phone to arrange an appointment to carry out the repair
