Rental Cost

The co-op refers to the monthly rent on a unit as the "housing charge." As of March 1, 2010 the following housing charges will be in effect:

2 / 3A Bedroom = $1,023/mth to $1,139/mth

3 / 4A Bedroom = $1,185/mth to $1,231/mth

4 Bedroom = $1,287/mth

Handicap Access Unit = $1,074/mth

Water is the only utility included in your housing charge. Hydro, gas, phone and cable TV are extra.

Security Deposit

Members are required to pay a deposit towards potential damages to their unit should excessive wear and tear occur. This amount is 40% of one months housing charge. As of March 1, 2010 the following security deposits will be in effect:

2 / 3A Bedroom = $409 to $456

3 / 4A Bedroom = $475 to $493

4 Bedroom = $515

Handicap Access Unit = $430
