Rental Cost

The co-op refers to the monthly rent on a unit as the "housing charge." As of March 1, 2007 the following housing charges will be in effect:

2 / 3A Bedroom = $994/mth to $1,107/mth

3 / 4A Bedroom = $1,152/mth to $1,196/mth

4 Bedroom = $1,251/mth

Handicap Access Unit = $1,074/mth

Water is the only utility included in your housing charge. Hydro, gas, phone and cable TV are extra.

Security Deposit

Members are required to pay a deposit towards potential damages to their unit should excessive wear and tear occur. This amount is 40% of one months housing charge. As of March 1, 2007 the following security deposits will be in effect:

2 / 3A Bedroom = $398 to $443

3 / 4A Bedroom = $461 to $478

4 Bedroom = $500

Handicap Access Unit = $430
